Baby Card

Is a handwritten card included?
Yes! You choose which baby card you want when selecting your gift hamper. Make sure to include your own message (just let us know in the message space provided) so we can handwrite this for you, otherwise we will leave the card blank.

Can I send the gift hamper anonymously?
Yes! Just let us know that you'd like the hamper to be a secret, and we will ensure your name is not on the card.

Gift Hamper Contents

Are Just Rapt products organic, natural and cruelty free?
Absolutely! All our products are cruelty free. We’ve also ensured that our products are always natural and certified organic wherever possible.

Are all your products from Australian businesses?
Of course! All products in our hampers are sourced from Australian owned businesses. By purchasing a Just Rapt hamper you are supporting many local businesses.

You say that you are an eco-friendly and natural brand, but what about your packaging?
Everything in our hampers is eco-friendly including our packaging. Our boxes are made from 100% recycled material. The hamper can be kept as a keepsake or recycled. All the products are recyclable and sustainable from our branded sticker to the facemask jar.

Postage and Handling

Where do you deliver to and how much will it cost?
We deliver all over Australia. Postage and handling is a flat rate of $5 and free when you order over $125.

How long will the gift hamper take to be delivered and can I track it?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Melbourne metro areas will be quicker, whereas remote areas may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number so you will know where your hamper is at all times.

Do you deliver to apartments, hospitals (maternity wards) and PO Boxes?
We deliver to apartments and hospitals - just make sure you have the correct full name and address (particularly for the maternity ward if the new mum is using their partner's last name). We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if no-one is home when the gift hamper is delivered?
If no-one is able to authorise receipt of the gift hamper on delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left detailing instructions on how to collect the hamper from a secure designated location. If the gift hamper is not collected within seven calendar days, it will be returned to Just Rapt.

Do you ship overseas?
Although we don't ship overseas at this time, an order can be placed from overseas to be delivered anywhere within Australia.

What if I make a mistake in the address details?
Once your gift hamper has been dispatched to the address you provided, unfortunately we can't accept responsibility for the address mistake.

What if my products are damaged?
We've made every effort to ensure that your personally chosen gift hamper arrives safely. However, if it's damaged, please contact us at hello@justrapt.com.au within seven days of receiving your gift hamper. Please provide us with your order number (if you have it), name, email address of sender (if you have it), address that received the gift hamper, and importantly photos of any products that are damaged (please include photos of the shipping box) and we will assess the situation.
